The Sheesh Mahal

Every summer the Emperor took his wife, the beautiful queen to Kashmir in the Summer. The grand gardens he built especially for her. Inspired by them, the entire day is woven around their love and reimagined as how they would spend a day there.

The afternoon starts with a stroll to the Persian gardens with fountains.

The evening manifests with it, in pastel pinks and peaches and lots of candles. The veil drops at sunset when guests are invited to enjoy a debauched evening of dancing and drinking in a sufiana andaaz under a canopy of stars.
